Welcome and thank you for your interest in learning more
about our district and its governing body.
Public involvement is central to our resource management efforts and
through these pages we want to provide you with a comprehensive listing of
information about our Board and their actions. Colorado Centre Metropolitan District is
governed by a locally elected 5 member Board of Directors. The members of the Board live in the
Colorado Centre community and abide by the same rates and rules as all the
other customers.
Colorado Centre Metropolitan
District has been serving the community since 1984 and is dedicated
to providing the
best and most economical water and sewer services to our customers!
NO WATER RESTRICTIONS IN COLORADO CENTRE!
Due to the many calls and comments the
District has received, it is important to remind you that all of the
Colorado Centre area is supplied with potable water by the District, NOT
the City of Colorado Springs. So,
even though the District encourages you to conserve water, its service area
IS NOT under any water restrictions at this time. You should not pay attention to the watering
schedules that appear in the Gazette because they do not apply to Colorado
Centre. Please do not let your lawns
die for lack of watering. If at a
future date, the District cannot deliver to you or its other customers the
amount of water required, everyone will be advised.
